An exceptional 19th century Syrian bedside cabinet, beautifully handcrafted from solid mahogany and lavishly decorated with intricate hand-cut mother of pearl inlay throughout. Showcasing the extraordinary craftsmanship for which Syrian furniture is celebrated, this striking cabinet features geometric and floral motifs across every visible surface, including the top, drawer, cupboard door, sides and legs.

Compact in scale yet rich in decorative detail, the cabinet offers practical storage with a single drawer above a spacious cupboard, making it equally suited as a bedside table, lamp cabinet or distinctive accent piece. The warm mahogany has developed a beautiful patina over more than a century, perfectly complementing the shimmering mother of pearl and original brass hardware.
