A freestanding French wine rack with worked roses, foliage, scrolling stems and circular bottle holders, finished in aged cream paint.

A charming antique French wrought iron wine rack, beautifully worked with decorative roses, leaves, scrolling stems and circular bottle holders.

The tall cage-like frame has a wonderfully decorative form, finished in an aged cream/ivory painted surface with natural wear, exposed darker metal and areas of patination that give it an authentic timeworn French appearance.

The sides are particularly attractive, featuring large hand-worked rose motifs amongst flowing foliage, while the circular framework provides individual storage positions for wine bottles. A large curved carrying handle finishes the piece beautifully.

An unusual and highly decorative piece of French metalwork, ideal for a country kitchen, wine room or eclectic interior.
