A striking antique Sacred Heart of Jesus statue, beautifully crafted in alabaster with traditional hand-painted polychrome decoration. The figure depicts Christ revealing the Sacred Heart, a powerful symbol of compassion and devotion in Christian iconography.

 

Draped in a rich deep red cloak over a cream tunic, the statue features detailed sculpting and expressive facial features, giving it a strong devotional presence. Standing on a shaped base, this piece would have originally been used in a church, chapel, or domestic altar, and now makes a striking decorative object for collectors of religious antiques or ecclesiastical interiors.
