An original Ercol Saville oval dining table, showcasing the beautifully figured solid blonde elm top that has made Ercol one of Britain’s most celebrated furniture makers. Originally manufactured as an extending dining table, this example has, through the passage of time, lost its removable centre extension leaf. This is something occasionally seen with vintage extending tables after decades of ownership. Rather than detracting from its appeal, it now exists as a beautifully proportioned fixed oval dining table that remains sturdy, practical and perfectly suited to modern homes.

The warm honey-coloured elm grain has matured wonderfully over the years, creating a timeless piece that comfortably seats six while offering all the character expected from original Ercol furniture.
