A charming mid-century bamboo hexagonal side table, featuring a distinctive six-sided design, natural honey-coloured finish and beautifully detailed bamboo construction.

Dating stylistically to the 1970s, this vintage occasional table combines the warmth of natural materials with the relaxed character of bohemian and tropical-inspired furniture.

The hexagonal tabletop features closely arranged bamboo slats, secured with traditional-style woven bindings and surrounded by a substantial rounded bamboo frame.

Beneath the tabletop, six upright supports are complemented by decorative bamboo spindles and lower cross stretchers, creating an attractive architectural design.

The natural variations in the bamboo, including its characteristic darker nodes, give the piece an authentic organic appearance.
