Its most distinctive feature is the suspended central storage cabinet, neatly integrated beneath the tabletop rather than interrupting the outer profile. The drop-down door opens to reveal useful concealed storage for books, magazines, remotes or other living-room essentials.

The rosewood has been carefully refinished, bringing considerable depth and contrast back to the figuring while retaining the character of the original piece.

A superb example of Danish modern furniture with a much less commonly encountered configuration than a conventional open coffee table.

Condition

Very good vintage condition following sympathetic refinishing.

The rosewood has been refinished to revive the colour, grain and figuring while preserving the table’s vintage character. Minor age-related marks and signs of previous use remain, including some wear around the legs and edges as visible in the photographs.

The storage compartment opens correctly and the table presents extremely well overall.
