A beautifully understated mid-century Danish-style teak bookcase featuring two sliding glass doors, a warm teak finish and a clean, minimalist silhouette.

Dating stylistically to the 1960s–1970s, this elegant cabinet embodies the simplicity and functionality associated with Scandinavian modern furniture.

The rectangular cabinet features attractive teak grain throughout, with two smoked or tinted glass sliding doors that provide an unobstructed view of the interior while protecting books and decorative objects from dust.

Inside, two spacious compartments each feature a single shelf, providing four practical display and storage areas.

Its compact proportions and shallow 30 cm depth make this a particularly versatile piece, ideal for London apartments, smaller living rooms, home offices or hallways where floor space is limited.

The cabinet can be used as a low bookcase, glass-fronted display cabinet, media storage unit or even positioned on top of a suitable sideboard to create additional storage.

A timeless example of Scandinavian-inspired design, combining practical storage with warm natural materials.

Good vintage condition with signs of age and previous use.

The teak surfaces retain an attractive warm colour and visible natural grain, with some light scratches, surface marks and areas of wear, particularly to the top.

The sliding glass doors show age-related marks and reflections, with the darker tint complementing the teak cabinet.

The interior shelves and compartments appear well preserved, with minor surface wear consistent with vintage furniture.
