When closed, the table forms an elegant 122 cm circular top, making it ideal for everyday dining while maintaining a compact footprint. Hidden neatly beneath the tabletop is a self-storing butterfly extension leaf, allowing the table to transform effortlessly into a generous oval that comfortably seats up to six people.

A particularly well-designed feature is the pair of original metal locking catches beneath the tabletop. These secure the table firmly in its compact circular form when closed and also lock the butterfly extension securely into place when extended, ensuring excellent stability in both configurations.

Supported by four gently tapered solid teak legs with softly rounded edging, this is a timeless Danish design that blends practicality with understated elegance.

Very good vintage condition.

The table has been professionally cleaned and polished and presents beautifully, with a rich, even teak tone throughout. There are only light age-related signs of use, including minor surface wear and small marks consistent with its vintage age. The extension mechanism operates smoothly, and the original locking hooks function exactly as intended.
