A charming mid-century G Plan Brandon bookcase, finished in beautifully figured blonde oak with distinctive tiger oak grain.

Dating stylistically to the 1950s, this compact cabinet showcases the clean lines, practical proportions and understated craftsmanship associated with G Plan's early Brandon furniture range.

The upper section features two sliding glass doors, providing an attractive display area for books, ceramics, glassware and decorative collections. Beneath, two sliding wooden doors conceal additional storage, offering a practical combination of open-view display and discreet organisation.

The warm golden oak tones, gently rounded front edges and simple plinth base give the cabinet a timeless mid-century appearance.

At just 90 cm wide and 34 cm deep, it is particularly well suited to smaller living rooms, London apartments, home offices and compact interiors.

Good vintage condition, displaying signs of age and previous use consistent with a piece from the mid-20th century.

There are some surface scratches, minor marks and areas of wear to the top, wooden panels and edges.

The glass doors show some visible surface marks and scratches. The interior also displays signs of use, including marks and evidence of previous shelf fittings.

The blonde oak retains an attractive warm colour, with particularly appealing grain across the lower sliding doors.
