A beautifully designed mid-century drop leaf dining table by the renowned Scottish manufacturer Morris of Glasgow. Combining elegant proportions with exceptional practicality, this versatile piece transforms effortlessly from a compact console-sized footprint into a generous oval dining table, making it ideal for modern homes where space is at a premium.

 

Crafted from warm-toned teak with beautifully matched veneers, the table features two smoothly operating drop leaves supported by a robust gateleg mechanism. Fully extended, it comfortably seats four to six people, while folded down it occupies very little floor space, making it perfect for apartments, dining kitchens or multifunctional living spaces.

 

Its softly rounded pedestal base and gently curved feet are classic Morris of Glasgow details, giving the table a timeless Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic that sits comfortably within both vintage and contemporary interiors.
