A beautifully detailed antique side table attributed to Liberty of London, crafted in richly toned fruitwood with Japanese-inspired carving. The square top and lower tier feature deeply carved foliate and floral decoration associated with Liberty's late-19th- and early-20th-century Anglo-Japanese aesthetic.

At 45 cm square, it is a compact decorative piece for a London sitting room, bedroom or hallway, working equally well as a lamp table, occasional table or plant stand.
