Condition

Good vintage condition with age-related character throughout.

The desktop has been refinished, significantly improving the overall appearance and bringing out the decorative grain pattern. The remainder retains more of its original vintage finish, with various small marks, knocks, scratches and areas of wear visible from previous use.

These signs of age have been left rather than over-restoring the piece and are reflected accurately in the photographs. Structurally it presents as a very handsome and substantial vintage desk.
