Both pieces are in good vintage condition overall.

The Ercol table is structurally sound with attractive age-related wear, including light surface marks and a darker character mark to one corner of the elm top that enhances its natural appearance. The chair is sturdy with expected wear and patina to the timber frame and seat, consistent with decades of use.
