A spectacular Art Deco chinoiserie cocktail cabinet, dating to approximately the 1930s, with richly figured walnut and elaborate hand-painted Oriental landscape decoration.

The theatrical façade depicts stylised landscapes, figures, pagodas, trees, mountains, birds and foliage picked out in gold, black, green and red. The upper cocktail compartment opens to reveal a mirrored interior and drop-down serving surface, while the lower cupboard provides additional bottle and glassware storage.

Condition
